Mesothelioma Awareness

The 26th of September it will have been 2 months since Sophia passed, and was born still to this earth.

I will never know what God's purpose of her leaving so soon, but right at this moment, I believe it was for two purposes.

1) To allow us to have MORE children... and one more angel.
2) To be aware of life around us that is silent.

Silent.

A lot of people around you are silent. You ask them, how can I pray for you.. and they shrug... or say something small. It is so rare, too rare, that you find someone who will openly say... "I'm dying. My sister's husband is beating her. I want to die."

We have this persona that to have "pain" afflicting us makes us weak.. but in fact, it makes the enemy stronger. If we can dedicate ourselves to knowing the pain people go through on a daily basis, and commit our lives to helping those who aren't as lucky with days... we can really CHANGE this world.

The 26th Of September is Mesothelioma Awareness day. It is caused by something that isn't banned in the US, and it's cause is also the NUMBER 1 cause of occupation cancer. Heather contacted me directly, hoping I could spread awareness for her.

Heather, I so will. I'm praying for your family daily, and thinking of you often! Heather was told when her daughter Lily was 3 1/2 months old, that she had 15 more months to live. Could you imagine not knowing if you'd see your daughter turn 2? It's been 7 years, and shes dedicated her life to spreading awareness. Please help her spread awareness as well!
